Attunda District Court seeks law students for essay Internship

Are you studying to be a lawyer and to write an essay in the spring? Are you curious about the notary service and work in court? As an essay intern with us you get an insight into the various tasks of the District Court and a general practice in practical law. We are looking for students from the law programme for internship Spring 2019. Five of the sites are general and one is focused on insolvency law. The internship period is 10 weeks. Internship tasks The tasks of internship correspond largely to the duties of new notaries performing at the District Court. You participate mainly in the preparation of criminal cases and are the recorders in the main negotiations and detention negotiations, and write proposals for decisions and judgments. If possible, you can also record or attend civil proceedings. The practice of insolvency law conducts tasks as described above, but focuses in particular on the handling of bankruptcies, corporate reorganisation, liquidation and debts. The trainees at the District Court are always highly appreciated among both judges and notaries. Regardless of future professional plans, practice is a good experience to gain an insight into the court process and the judiciary in general. About Attunda District Court Attunda District Court is one of the nation's largest and most modern district courts with approximately 140 employees working centrally in Sollentuna. The District Court is dealing with more than 10 000 criminal cases, civil cases per year. The district Court is organised in three judicial departments, a notary unit, a preparatory department and an administrative department.
